چکیده

The use of plant waste product for maximum sustainability has led to the search bio based raw material such as Chlorella vulgaris which can make a tremendous contribution on ecological and economical production different organic acids like lactic acid. This study aimed evaluate enzymatic or acidic hydrolysis cell wall Intercellular starch source fermentable sugar acid production. Lactic was produced through hydrolysis, enzyme combination four substrates. Each substrate inoculated with bacterium (Lactobacillus plantarum) fungus (Rhizopus oryzae) while acid/enzyme mixed culture organism within retention period tendays. Results showed that physico-chemical properties C. had total carbohydrate 17.4% reducing 24.0µg/ml. According treatment, highest sugars (6.4 ± 0.2) (4.4 0.3) Lactobacillus Enzyme Hydrolysis (LEH) Rhizopus (REH) treatments, respectively indicating most hydrolyzed sample. optimization various responses using Corn Steep Liquor (CSL), REH day 2 treatment fermentation at 370C 48h were best combinations yielded optimal Y1=0.249, Y2= 5.461 Y3=33.704, desirability 0.619. results indicated about 20% signifying its biomass contains high accessible

Enhanced Vitamin B12 Production using Chlorella vulgaris

Microalgae Chlorella Vulgaris is enriched in vitamin B12 and cobalt ion which is positioned in the center of the vitamin molecule. This study aimed to investigate how different concentrations of cobalt chloride salt affected the vitamin B12 production by utilizing CO2  gas, to assess C. vulgaris biomass. Therefore, Bold’s basal medium used as the medium and  0.5, 1....
